AT&T Acquires Leap Wireless

AT&T announced plans to acquire Leap Wireless Friday at a cash price of $15 per share. With the deal, all of Leap's stock and wireless properties would become property of AT&T, including its retails stores, licenses, network assets and its approximately 5 million subscribers.
